Sourcing Coordinator:

We are seeking to add a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Agent to join our team. The Sourcing Agent will be responsible for identifying and procuring products and materials from suppliers to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Suppliers: Research and identify potential suppliers based on client requirements and product specifications.

  • Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and reliability to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals and ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Order Placement: Place orders with selected suppliers and manage the procurement process to ensure timely delivery.

  • Quality Control: Work with suppliers to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Address and resolve any quality issues that arise.

  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient shipping and delivery of products to clients.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing cooperation and support.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sourcing activities, including contracts, agreements, and communications with suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Agent or in a similar role.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of global sourcing and supply chain processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing software/tools.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Account Manager 

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth within assigned accounts. This role requires strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, providing excellent service, and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing accounts. Work with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

  • Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Communicate effectively to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of accounts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients. Use data to make informed recommendations and improvements.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise, working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and problems are addressed promptly.

  • Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring terms are beneficial for both the client and Stock'd Sourcing.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
